About the Role

As a Project Manager – Meetings & Incentives, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of corporate events and incentive programs, from initial briefing to on-site delivery.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, supplier coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high service standards.

You will act as the main point of contact for international clients and internal teams, ensuring flawless execution and a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&I projects from briefing to post-event follow-up
• Prepare programs, budgets, timelines, and operational documentation
• Coordinate suppliers (venues, hotels, transport, AV, entertainment, guides)
• Liaise with international clients and internal departments
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure service excellence
• Control costs, margins, and supplier negotiations
• Anticipate risks and proactively resolve operational challenges

Profile & Requirements

• Proven experience in Meetings & Incentives or event management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM / project tools are a plus
• Availability to travel and support on-site events when required
